What is VoIP?

Voice over Internet Protocol or "VoIP" is a new way to make and receive telephone calls by the use of the internet. As simple as that.

Why use Glocomm VoIP?

Glocomm VoIP delivers great economic value. With VoIP you can call anyone with a telephone number including local, long distance, mobile / cellular, and international number. Glocomm VoIP allows your customers to save as much as 90% compared to standard local and international telephone rates.

Quality of Service

Some broadband connections have less than desirable quality. IP packets are lost or delayed at any point in the network between VoIP users. Momentary drop-outs of voice are frequent. This is more noticeable in highly congested networks and/or where there is long distances and/or internetworking between end points.

Not so with Glocomm. We have servers in key parts of the world that improves voice quality. We use "best routes" to connect your calls. We use high quality voice codecs that makes IDD calls sounds like a local call. Our technology has improved the reliability and voice quality and will continue to improve VoIP performance as time goes on.
